The groundbreaking ceremony took place in Dorval for Walt, one of our many projects! With great enthusiasm, PUR Immobilia gathered with its partners Denis Houle from Claridge, Max Sigler from Endevco, François Jean from Oktodev, Jamie Minzberg from Palomino Capital, and Gary Alexander from Palomino Capital Corp., at the intersection of Dorval Boulevard and Dawson Avenue. We were also honored by the presence of Marc Doret, Mayor of the City of Dorval, Nishant Sharma from the West Island Chamber of Commerce in Montreal, and several others.
The Walt project will offer 255 rental units with generous common areas as well as a landscaped front courtyard providing a peaceful haven connected to the neighborhood.
