Since July 2024, construction of The Walt has progressed remarkably, reaching key milestones toward completion. Here are the most recent updates:
- October 2024: Construction of the 4th floor structure begins.
- November 2024: The structure of the 5th and 6th floors is completed, continuing the building’s ascent.
- January 2025: The covering of the first floors begins and the roof slab of the 12th floor is completed
Everything is progressing smoothly and on schedule, thanks to the commitment and expertise of our teams. These milestones bring The Walt a little closer every day to its planned opening in summer 2025.
