Since the beginning of 2023, the Walt project has come to life with key milestones that mark its evolution into a modern and inspiring building. Thanks to the meticulous work of our teams, construction is progressing according to schedule. Here is an overview of the significant milestones to date:
- April 2023: The project launch began with the demolition of the former shopping center.
- August 2023: The demolition is officially completed, leaving the site ready for construction.
- September 2023: The construction begins with the installation of the first foundations.
- January 2024: A key milestone – the crane is installed, heralding the beginning of the vertical ascent.
- July 2024: The structure of the first two floors has now been successfully erected.
We are proud of what has been accomplished so far and eager to share the next part of this adventure with you. The Walt continues to take shape and remains true to its promise of offering a unique living experience starting in summer 2025.
